The resort’s restaurant, The Bay @ Nonsuch, is located on a bluff overlooking the tropical waters of Nonsuch Bay. Carefully designed to make the most of the dramatic site, dining terraces, snug seating areas, and its own infinity pool are contoured along the edge of the hillside.

An experienced team lead by award winning Chef Mitchell Husbands creates a menus which draws inspiration from around the world. During the day menus emphasize fresh, simple Caribbean and international favourites. In the evening diners can relax at the lounge bar for cocktails before choosing from a sophisticated internationally inspired dinner menu and a select wine list.

For guests wanting to venture out of the resort there is a wide variety of places to eat on the island, from other fine restaurants to beach bars and bistros. Resort concierge can arrange a club launch to take guests across the bay to eat at Harmony Hall (open seasonally) or can help make a reservation at a restaurant in English Harbour or further afield.

From October 3rd the Bay @ Nonsuch serves breakfast and lunch buffet style and a more formal a la carte dinner. The wide selection at breakfast ranges from fresh fruit, cereals and pastries, through regular and special hot items to a cooked to order egg station.
